AyeCreative is Tee - a professional illustrator and designer with experience both in the USA and internationally.
 
Tee started her career after graduating from Georgia State University with a Bachelors degree in Fine Art (concentrations in Illustration, Graphic Design, Printmaking and Animation), Tee worked as an illustrator mostly in children's and educational publishing. Her fun instructional and craft books have been published by Scholastic Bookfairs, Troll, Andrews McMeel, Universal Press Syndicate, Disney and Avon.
 
Australia...
In 1996, Tee moved to Australia and started working almost immediately web and media. She started working for Sausage, the largest web/software firm in Australia. In a short time, Tee moved into a senior designer/team leader position. During her career at Sausage, she worked on sites such as Telstra, Ansett Airlines, UniSuper, KWDoggett, TV Week and The Girlfriend Magazine website to name just a few. She also contributed many illustrations to the KZone website for kids. One of her most memorable experiences was working on a site for HH Dalai Lama for his tour of Australia in 2001.
 
After several years, Tee left Sausage to illustrate/design plush toys and related material for Skansen Giftware. She completely revamped the Beanie Kids line of collectables for Skansen. As a result, Beanie Kids became the largest collectable plush toys in Australia (these are also known as the extremely popular Bean Bag Bears in England/Europe). Tee designed over 300+ bears and was also responsible for illustrating the bears in cartoon form for miscellaneous novelty items/giftware, clothing, POS and assisted in Marketing/Brand Management and creation of most promotional material. This also includes a Beanie Kid Bop Karaoke CD cover and accompanying magazine for Central Station Records. Tee's Beanie Kids Comics have appeared monthly in many noted Australian kids magazines such as DMag and Barbie for several years.
 
Tee also played an instrumental part in developing the Gifted Bear Program for Skansen Giftware. She was responsible for designing hundreds of bears for this gift program as well as associated marketing material such as posters and POS.
 
Back in the USA...
Now living back in the States after 11 years in Australia, She now works as a freelance illustrator, product and toy designer, brand designer, graphics and web designer (also offering consultancy and art/marketing direction). She developed designs for T-shirts, sleepwear for Bras and Things Australia and others, collectable figurines and toys, and children's publications for Qantas Australia, Air New Zealand and Super Cheap Auto. Tee illustrated Lonely Planet's Phrase Book "Say What" and her illustrations also appear on resort wear, hats and T-shirts in the US including several designs for MGM Studios. She has also created many toys for Hungry Jacks Australia (Burger King - program started 2006).

Tee is currently designing/illustrating all custom plush for Authentic Plush in San Diego California as well as all catalog and brand material,... designs video applications and more for Mass Transit in Colorado,... Brand management/creative direction for Scentevents/Harris Fragrances in Los Angeles California,... Clothing/web/illustrator/brand designer for Az I Am Los Angeles California,... Jewelry design/illustrator/brand designer for MadAngels Los Angeles California,... as well as designing/illustrating and product designing for several different promotional products suppliers/distributors.... and much more, here and in the UK.
 
A Note About Comics...
As well as the successful run of Beanie Kid comics in noted Australian Children's Magazines, Tee illustrated the interactive Comic "AnimalHood" for VivoMoco in Australia. This comic was available via 3G network in Australia and Korea. AnimalHood Episode 2: The Whisper Chain was a finalist for the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA) Best Childrens Award (For more information regarding AIMIA, please see The AIMIA Site ). Tee has also created her own comics Django and C-Sharp (C-Sharp appears in Operation Funnybone) and most recently Django was featured in Fiend Magazine in Australia.
